Site Consultation
We begin at your Scottsdale property. We walk the site, photograph existing conditions, review grade challenges, and listen to how you use the space and what you want it to become. No design work begins until we understand the site.
Design Development
Our design team produces a detailed plan - hardscape layout, planting plan, lighting zones, drainage, and elevations where needed. For HOA properties, we format the submittal package for architectural review committee approval. You review and approve the design before we move to permitting.
Permitting & Scheduling
We pull the required permits with the City of Scottsdale and coordinate with any HOA or ARC requirements. We give you a production schedule before work begins so you know what to expect and when.
Installation & Final Walkthrough
Our crew installs the project. At completion, we walk the finished space with you, address any punch-list items on the spot, and provide care and maintenance guidance for every element we installed.
