Both. Fixture selection, transformer sizing, beam angles, and wire routing are all specified by our design team during the design phase. We do not install a contractor-supplied lighting package.
Does Scottsdale have outdoor lighting restrictions?
Yes. The City of Scottsdale has a Dark Sky Ordinance that regulates color temperature, shielding, and uplight output. Several HOA communities have additional restrictions. We design compliant systems as standard.
