Pool Remodel

This was a fairly extensive pool remodel.  After demolishing the back end of the pool, we added a sun shelf and a swim up bar.  New pebble tec Pebble Essence in Vivid Shores was applied along with new 1 in round waterline tile and 1×1 translucent glass tile for the step trim.  All of the in floor cleaning heads were upgraded as well as all of the Pentair pool equipment.  Copper scuppers were used on the walls of the ramada to add the sounds of moving water.

Multi Sport Court

This homeowner is a graduate of University of Illinois so we did a custom logo on his court.  This court is a combination half basketball pickleball court.  A 72 in glass adjustable Spalding backboard with net allows for basketball, pickleball, volleyball and badminton play.

Bocce Ball

This custom sized bocce court was bordered with composite decking material white the playing surface is  turf with  custom painted stripes.  The interior of the court is lined with low voltage strip lighting along the whole perimeter.

Putting Green

This 3000 sq ft putting green has 7 illuminated cups and pins.  This custom putting green has a first cut apron along with a longer turf fringe to mimic a true course putting green.

Ramada

This ramada was built to mimic the style of the home.  The tile roof, heavy timber tongue and groove ceiling and Taj Mahal granite all lend to the interior design of the home.  We added a large iron chandelier as well as pendants over the swim up bar.  The floor is made of the same travertine as the surrounding pool deck.  A stainless-steel mist system was added to keep the temperatures low for maximum comfort.

Low Voltage Lighting

Lighting is a key element in landscaping projects.  We used many different types of lighting to produce a spectacular vision at night.  Spotlights, path lights, in tree down lighting and LED strip lights were all used in strategic locations to ensure a usable space at night.  The ambiance of this yard is so inviting.  FX Luminaire lights in dark bronze compliment the style and architecture.

Landscaping

This project received almost all new vegetation.  We imported Italian Cypress from California to ensure they were all of similar size and shape. Dwarf lantana, sky flowers and fire bushes are just some of the plants used to add color and texture.  Artificial turf with a steel border was used to ensure plenty of space for the dogs to play!  All other areas were refreshed with new rock.

This Paradise Vally remodel completely changed the whole feel and function of this outdoor space.  Once overgrown and uninviting, it is now a resort style yard that offers something for everyone day or night.
