Do you build custom ramadas or prefabricated kit structures in Scottsdale?
Custom only. We do not install kit pergolas or prefabricated ramada systems. Every structure is designed for the specific property.
Do ramadas and pergolas require permits in Scottsdale?
Yes. Any covered outdoor structure requires a building permit with the City of Scottsdale, and for HOA communities, ARC approval in addition. We handle both as part of our standard scope.
What materials do you use for ramadas in Scottsdale?
We build in wood (exposed timber, painted dimensional lumber), steel (powder-coated structural steel), and combinations with masonry or stucco columns. Material selection is driven by the home's architecture and HOA material requirements.
Can you add a ramada to an existing patio in Scottsdale?
Yes. Adding a covered structure to an existing patio is a common scope. We assess the existing hardscape, design the ramada, and permit and build. If the patio needs to be extended, we handle that as part of the same project.
